Hope for the Silent Voices (HFSV) is a not-for-profit organization founded to bring attention and resources to the severely disadvantaged, neglected and abused. We are committed to being the “voice” to these people as they have neither the resources nor the means to be heard by themselves. Most of our work is done in Cambodia now where we operate Hope House Orphanage & work to improve lives in the Stung Meanchey “garbage village” in Phnom Penh.
